Chakra Balancing
History
The concept of chakras originates from ancient Indian texts, particularly the Vedas and Upanishads. Chakras are energy centres within the body that govern various physical, emotional, and spiritual functions. Chakra balancing is a traditional practice in Ayurveda and yoga that aims to align and balance these energy centres for overall well-being.
Description
Chakra balancing involves the process of clearing, activating, and aligning the body’s seven primary energy centres—root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras. This is done through various methods, such as meditation, energy healing, crystals, or sound therapy, to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.
Shilpa’s Role
Shilpa works with her clients’ chakras by using energy healing techniques, crystals, or sound therapy to clear blockages and restore balance. She identifies imbalances in the chakras and helps clients release any negative energies affecting them. Shilpa’s role is to facilitate healing and alignment within the client’s energy system, promoting holistic well-being.
